These terms govern your use of SmartCV (smartcv.lk). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

SmartCV lets you enter your details and generate a downloadable CV. The service is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into your CVs. You grant us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the content you enter and for having the right to use it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to break its security, using it for unlawful purposes, or entering another person's data without their permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including any inaccuracy in a generated CV. You are responsible for reviewing your CV before using it.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
